Southbank Hotel Jacksonville Riverwalk

The hotel was located next to the river, the stadium, bars. Generally everything was good, yet the bathroom was very small. All the employees were fabulous. Good food choices for breakfast.

Rooms were practical, staff were genuinely helpful and the location was impeccable. Location near a local beach. The polite service was provided in this simple hotel.

Tasty breakfast, well-organised room, unique location. Splendid view of river. The personnel were ready to help and they provided good service. Excellent access to the own beach as it was located near the coast. The restaurant was RELAXING and perfectly clean.

The reception was airy and tidy. The staff was always available, I was taken care of.

I had a fantastic stay, thank you so much! The hotel was friendly, the room was fine and I liked understanding staff. Free breakfast, helpful service. The Irish bar was nice and the drinks were good. The airport was 19 miles away from here, impeccable location.

All in all it was a superb experience and I would stay here again. The breakfast was delightful with affordable variety. The beach nearby was nice and the view was gorgeous.

Worth its 3 stars. The bathrooms are spacious. Btw, their valet is top! Don't forget to dine at flavors of thai, it's within 10 minutes walk or so, we enjoyed it.

That place was impressive including location and staff. Functional building, spotless and large bedroom. The hotel was in an incredibly beautiful area. Pool was excellent and beds were large.

We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. Marvellous view, a nice balcony, big bed, too. Irish bar and nice pool. The property was spotless and the beautiful beach set near the property.

would recommend to others. really enjoyed that the venue offered a bar in the lobby area. bar staff had a real "can do" approach. bed is comfy.

Hotel was very clean and staff was great! Besides, it offers free Wi-Fi.

We think it's an excellent base for staying in Jacksonville. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center.

There was no tv.

An easy walk to the restaurant the bearded pig bbq. Hotel's location was in front of main attractions like treaty oak park. Located in 35 minutes' drive to the airport. Downtown Jacksonville district was worth visiting
